I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

If you are using a FREE internet service provider like -gmail, -yahoo, -aol, -ymail, or any free email service a majority of your “good” emails will go into JUNK and SPAM.  Please check the JUNK and SPAM folders in your desktop version of your internet service provider to find your order confirmation and your shipping confirmation.  Unfortunately, we cannot control outside technology companies and that responsibility to find your order information falls to the user or ordering party of the product and items.

The second check point if you cannot find your order or shipping confirmation of the order you have placed, would be to confirm the email address you have used when placing the order.  If you type in your email address inaccurately, then you will receive NO communication from us as we only communicate via email on an order.

 

WHAT ARE THE "FRIENDLY ORDER REMINDERS" THAT ARE NOTED IN THE CHECKOUT PROCESS FOR ALL ORDERS?

We do not ship to post office boxes. Please double check to ensure your shipping address does NOT include a post office box.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email on the day your order ships.

The tracking number will be sent from orders@innovativemarketinganddesign.com or production@innovativemarketinganddesign.com.  Please add both addresses to your safe sender list.

Many times our emails to you will go into spam.  If you are using @gmail.com, @aol.com, @ymail.com, @hotmail.com, @bellsouth.net, and @yahoo.com, please double check your spam filters and junk files from a DESKTOP computer for the best practices in locating emails that are trapped in the email system.  We are not responsible for your email server nor your technical efforts to locate spam or junk emails.  Our system sends all order tracking confirmations to your email on file when your account is set up.

 

IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER FOR NON-DELIVERY BY WWW.UPS.COM OR WWW.USPS.COM, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ORDER?

United Parcel Service, or UPS for short, will make every attempt to deliver your order.  If you are not home to receive your order, UPS will place a call sticker on our door directing you to either A) an access point for pickup or B) will make another attempt to deliver your package the next day.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH UPS.COM ON YOUR ORDER.

If an order is not picked up at the access point within 3 business days your package will be returned.

If you are not home when UPS makes their next delivery attempt, and the number of attempts exceeds 3, your package will be returned.

If your package is returned to our warehouse for non-delivery or non-pick up, a $25.00 return and retrieval fee will need to be paid before your package is sent back. This fee will cover the additional shipping, label, printing, and labor to get your package back out to you.  If the fee is not paid within 5 working days, the order will be recycled and the order is considered confirmed and received and not applicable for a refund, credit, bank charge back, or any sort of reimbursement.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LEFT AT MY FRONT DOOR AND IT IS NOT THERE WHEN I GET HOME?

You are responsible for your order at the time it ships from our warehouse or office locations.

All order packages ship either www.ups.com or www.usps.com.

A tracking number is sent to you within 24 hours of shipment of your order.

Please check your spam and or junk folder if you do not see your tracking number or order confirmation.

If either www.ups.com or www.usps.com delivers your package or leaves it unattended at your delivery location; you must be in touch with the carrier to resolve any issues with shipment.

If you find that either www.ups.com or www.usps.com leaves your package for you and it is not at your delivery location, please contact either carrier to initiate an investigation into your package.

If you have contacted your carrier and initiated an investigation of the package, then please call our office at 770.431.0557 so we may also assist you.

If you authorize UPS to deliver your package by either A) signing the back of a call sticker releasing the package to be delivered without signature this one time or B) by having a call sticker on file for automatic delivery without signature until revoked, Innovative Marketing and Design or InteleTravel are not responsible for your package should it be stolen or removed from your delivery area.  Please always sign for packages or have your package re-routed using either www.ups.com or www.usps.com which ever carrier is handling your package to a secure destination for delivery.

IF WWW.UPS.COM OR WWW.USPS.COM CONFIRM YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED, WE WILL TAKE THAT PROOF OF DELIVERY AND THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHEN YOUR ORDER PACKAING IS BEING DELIVERED AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE ORDER.

 

CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

No. All sales are final on all printed materials, hard goods, promotional materials, and everything sold in the store, unless our team makes an error in printing or pulling the wrong item for shipment.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN APPAREL ITEM?

Yes, WITH ONE EXCEPTION! Each apparel item has a size chart attached to it on the item detail page.  In some cases, the size chart is under the main picture on the item detail page.  In some cases, the size chart is in the item text description.  THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF APPAREL IS THE SPECIAL RED AMABASSADOR JACKET WHICH IS NOT EXCHANGABLE AND NOT RETURNABLE.

THE FIRST STEP TO AN EXCHANGE IS TO EMAIL ORDERS@INNOVATIVEMARKETINGANDDESIGN.COM WITH A COPY OF YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION AND THE REQUEST TO RETURN.  OUR TEAM WILL EMAIL YOU BACK WITH AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE SO WE KNOW THE EXCHANGE IS BEING INITITAED.

Apparel is exchangeable only, within 30 days of purchase and unworn, unmarked, unaltered, and in perfect condition.

The apparel item that needs to be exchanged must have all tags, not been worn, and come back in pristine condition.  No tears, holes, makeup stains, or rips.

Customer must pay and ship the exchangeable apparel product back to our headquarters address along with a copy of their order and instructions to: Innovative Marketing & Design; 1690 Roberts Boulevard NW, Suite 111; Kennesaw, Georgia 30144.

The customer is responsible for the item until it is confirmed at our office.  We advise all clients to ship www.usps.com and use tracking services.

Once the item is confirmed received, we will prepare for packaging a replacement size.

If the item shipping fee is less than $2.50 to send your apparel item back out to you, Innovative Marketing & Design will send your item out immediately.

If the item shipping fee is more than $2.50 to send your apparel item back out to you, Innovative Marketing & Design will send you a payment link for the additional shipping fees which must be paid before the item is released back out for shipment.

 

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

 

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO REPORT AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?

Yes, we will allow the user/ordering party/customer 5 business days from receipt of the product to call and initiate a report of issue with a product.  PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ENTIRE ORDER, EVERY CARD, EVERY PIECE, AND EVERY PRODUCT TO ENSURE THERE IS NO DEFECT OR DAMAGE IN YOUR PRODUCT.  If a concern, question, or issue is not reported within 5 business days of receipt, we will not be held liable any further.

At this time, the following guidelines are also in place:

All sales are final on custom or personalized products which include all printed materials unless our team makes an error in printing or pulling the wrong item for shipment.  A reprint will be shipped immediately if our firm has made a mistake.

HOW DO I TURN MY .JPG OR .JPEG LOGO FILE INTO LAYERED VECTOR ARTWORK?

Innovative Marketing & Design offers a vector service of up to 2 hours to convert a .jpg or .jpeg, or a non-layered, non-vector piece of artwork into the correct printable and embroidery file.  If you need logo assistance, please email orders@innovativemarketinganddesign.com that you need your logo placed into a vector format, please ATTACH your logo file to the email, and a team member will reach out to you with further instructions.  Our fee to convert a logo is $10.00 USD. per logo individual file.

 

 

WHO CHARGES MY ORDER TO MY CREDIT CARD?

Innovative Marketing & Design is the producer of the www.shopInteleTravel.com web store and is authorized to produce, print, and distribute the InteleTravel merchandise.  A charge for our items, products, and services will appear on your credit card as Innovative Marketing & Design, Kennesaw, Georgia.
